Refund policy

Your donations, fundraising, campaigning and volunteering are vital in helping us to achieve our vision of a world where farm animals are treated with compassion and respect and where cruel factory farming practices end.

If you have made an error in entering donation details please contact our Supporter Engagement Team - you can email here or call on +44 (0) 1483 521 953 (lines are staffed from 09:00 to 17:00 from Monday to Friday).

We will be happy to arrange a full refund for you.
